Ingredients

4 Tbsp
butter, softened (2 ounces)
1/4 tsp
sugar
1/8 tsp
grated lemon rind
1/8 tsp
grated orange rind

Step-By-Step

1Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.

2Use the butter right away or cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator. Bring it out a little ahead of serving to give it time to soften slightly.
