1/2 cunsalted butter, at room temperature

2 ozcashel irish blue cheese

2 Tbspminced fresh flat-leaf parsley

freshly ground pepper to taste
How To Make irish blue cheese butter

1In a small bowl, combine the butter, blue cheese, parsley, and pepper. Mash with a fork, then stir to blend well.

2Spoon the butter mixture into a 6-ounce ramekin or roll into a log and cover with plastic wrap. Chill until firm.

3To serve, place a spoonful of butter on top of tenderloin slices or grilled steaks or anything else that you would like.
