    unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 2 oz
    cashel irish blue cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • freshly ground pepper to taste

How To Make irish blue cheese butter

    In a small bowl, combine the butter, blue cheese, parsley, and pepper. Mash with a fork, then stir to blend well.

    Spoon the butter mixture into a 6-ounce ramekin or roll into a log and cover with plastic wrap. Chill until firm.

    To serve, place a spoonful of butter on top of tenderloin slices or grilled steaks or anything else that you would like.
