Ingredients

1/4 c
dry mustard
2 Tbsp
fresh ground harseradish
1 tsp
dried parsley
1/4 c
vinegar
1 Tbsp
olive oil

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth. Put into a jar . Mellow in the refrigerator for 2 weeks. Makes 3/4 cup.
