Ingredients

1 c
heavy cream
1/4 tsp
salt

add cream and salt to mixing bowl. Put the whisk attachment on and whip on high speed for approx. 5 minutes.

The cream will seperate into butter and buttermilk.

Pour off the buttermilk and rinse and knead butter in a clean bowl under cold water, till the water runs clear
will keep up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
