velvett cheese
1 8 oz

cream cheese
1 med. jar

pimentos
1 Tbsp

sugar
1 Tbsp

butter
2 Tbsp

apple cider vinegar

How To Make home made pimento cheese

Let cheeses get to room temperature

Mix cheeses with electric mixer.

Add pimentos to cheeses and mix by hand.

Melt Butter

Add sugar and vinegar to melted butter.

Pour melted butter, sugar and vinegar to cheeses mixture.

Mix real good by hand and refrigerate.
