I used to work as a cook in a busy little mom and pop restaurant. The burgers were a popular item and this sauce is delicious and unique.

sweet relish
yellow mustard
sauerkraut, canned


1Two parts mayo
One part sweet relish
A squirt of yellow mustard
Sauerkraut, drained and coarsely chopped. Depending on taste 1/4 - 1/2 of the can or if you really like sauerkraut use all of the can - but I would taste first with the smaller amounts.

2Mix in a large bowl by hand. Use your imagination. You can add a dash of tabasco, finely chopped onions etc.
