DirectionsSoak the mustard seeds in the beer, overnight.Whisk the beer, mustard seeds, vinegar and onions into the dry ingredients until blended.Cook over medium-high heat, whisking constantly, until it comes to a boil and thickens slightly.Cool to room temperature.
