Ingredients

1/2 c
unsalted butter
3 Tbsp
mild honey
2 1/2 Tbsp
finely chopped crystalized ginger
1/2 tsp
grated orange zest

Step-By-Step

1In a small bowl, beat together butter and honey until light and fluffy. Fold in ginger and orange zest. Serve on pancakes. Makes about 3/4 cup.
