Food Processor

Ingredients

1 & 1/2 lb
bologna
1/2 c
sweet pickle relish
1/2 c
shredded cheddar (optional)
1 & 1/4 c
mayonnaise or miracle whip

Directions Step-By-Step

1
I buy the Bologna from the deli and they cut it into 2 large pieces.
2
Using either a food grinder or processor, grind meat. If using a processor, use the blade and not the grater plate and be sure to use the pulse button until it is ground to your liking. Once ground, put in large mixing bowl.
3
Mix in your relish and cheese with large spoon. Add mayonnaise and mix well. Serve on any type of bread or use as a dip with crackers. Makes approximately 5-6 cups.
