Taste of Home has these cooking classes (they send their chef's out to communities and put on couple-hour show with ~8 recipes). We went to one of these, and our community handed out these gift bags. I found a little package of Emeril's Essence inside and decided to use it on my smoky chicken recipe. It is now my new favorite smoky chicken spice mix! But, instead of added yet another spice bottle to my collection, I looked up the recipe and made it myself. Thank you, Emeril, and thank you, Food Network!
