Beef and Pickle Spread For Making Sandwiches

- beef roast
- hard boiled eggs
- 12 oz
- pickle relish, sweet, with juice
- 1/2 c
- salt and pepper (to taste)
1Put your roast in oven and bake for 2 1/2 hours at 250 degrees F.
2Grind your beef and eggs. Gradually add relish and juice. Add mayonnaise to consistency you want. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve cold.
