If you enjoy the flavor of fennel this is for you. It's very multipurpose in use. I've used it to make a salad dressing with oil and vinegar and also rubbed on chicken and in a bread recipe.

1/2 c

fennel seed
1 1/2 Tbsp

coriander seed
1 Tbsp

white peppercorns
1 Tbsp

flaked sea salt (optional)

How To Make fennel seasoning

Lightly toast first 3 ingredients until lightly browned stirring often, cool completely and grind all ingredients to to your preferred grind. A spice grinder is the best choice for this.
