This seasoning can be used for Blackened Fish, Blackened Steak, or Blackened Chicken Breast. When cooking a blackened recipe, always use a heavy cast iron skillet heated to a very high heat. Use a small amount of butter, but do not use any other seasoning.

We love this at my house. From Miss Ruby's Southern Creole & Cajun Cuisine.
