1/2 csalted butter, softened

1/4 cfinly chopped strawberries

1/2 tspcoarsely cracked multi-colored peppercorns

1/2 tspchopped fresh thyme
How To Make strawberry peppercorn butter

1Beat butter until light and fluffy. Add strawberries, peppercorns and thyme and blend well. Good on toast and scones. Will keep for 2 days in refrigerator. Makes 3/4 cup.
