1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Peel outside layer off of garlic and cut the tops off.
3Pour a little olive oil onto a sauce. Dip the cut side of garlic into the olive oil.
4Place garlic on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Fold foil in half over the garlic. Seal edges to create a pouch. Place pouch in the oven and bake for 1 hour.
5Let garlic cool and squeeze out softened roasted garlic.
