Ohio has a very large Amish community. My husband and I love to visit this area and enjoy the food, the countryside and the people. This delicious spread is often served at many Amish gatherings.

Ingredients For amish church spread

  • 1 c
    light corn syrup
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter, creamy
  • 1/4 c
    marshmallow cream

    In a bowl, mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined. It doesn't get much easier than that!!!!
