Lay bacon out on baking sheet and cover each slice with brown sugar about 1 large tablespoon on each slice. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees until crispy and slightly brown on the edges. Be careful because they brown quickly. Chop bacon as small as you can and mix with softened butter until mixed. Shape butter into a stick using plastic wrap and store in refrigerator until hardened. Serve on toast, bagels, baked potatoes, steak, burgers or corn. Makes 1/4 pound.
