Ingredients

1/4 c
butter (salted), softened
1 large
ripe avocado
zest of one lime
juice of one lime

Step-By-Step

1In a small bowl, mash the avocado with the zest and juice of the lime.

2Stir in the butter until incorporated.

3Roll up in plastic wrap, twist ends and freeze.

4When ready for use, remove from freezer about 15 minutes before you need it, slice off rounds and add to whatever you want!
