GARLIC HERB AND PARMESAN BUTTER

Have always wanted to make my own garlic butter. In the past, I've only made enough for the job at hand. This recipe will last for quite awhile. Makes a great topping also for corn on the cob or baked potatoes, as well as other vegetables. Will be outstanding on bread!

butter, softened

fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
