Ingredients For restaurant salsa

  • 3 can
    tomatoes, canned and chopped
  • 2 can
    green chilies, chopped
  • 5-8 clove
    diced garlic, very fine
  • 1-2 md
    onions diced
  • 1 bunch
    cilantro, fresh, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    cumin
  • 1 bunch
    green onions sliced
  • 1 can
    tomato sauce
  • 1-4 lg
    jalapeno peppers, chopped fine, seeded

How To Make restaurant salsa

    All of these are cut up and mixed in a large bowl, put in individual jars, tighten lids and place in fridge. Will keep for a week, maybe two.
