3 cantomatoes, canned and chopped

2 cangreen chilies, chopped

5-8 clovediced garlic, very fine

1-2 mdonions diced

1 bunchcilantro, fresh, chopped

1 Tbspcumin

1 bunchgreen onions sliced

1 cantomato sauce
-
1-4 lgjalapeno peppers, chopped fine, seeded
How To Make restaurant salsa

1All of these are cut up and mixed in a large bowl, put in individual jars, tighten lids and place in fridge. Will keep for a week, maybe two.
