You can adjust the heat of this pineapple salsa by removing the seeds. I like this on my fish tacos.

Ingredients For pineapple salsa

  • 20 oz
    pineapple chunks, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 c
    chopped red onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    cilantro or parsley
  • 1 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 1 tsp
    finely chopped jalapeno
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper

How To Make pineapple salsa

    In a small bowl, combine the pineapple, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and lime juice.

    Salt and pepper. Serve immediately or cover and chill.
