5 Minute Salsa

- tomato; vine or plum is best
- 1 can(s)
- onion; purple is best
- 2 clove
- 1 bunch
- jalapeno or serrano pepper (optional-if you like it hot)
- garlic powder
SPICES - TO TASTE
1Put 2 cloves of peeled garlic, 1/8 purple onion, and jalapeño or serrano pepper in food processor. Pulse.
2Quarter tomatoes and add to processor. Pulse.
3Add bunch of cilantro. Pulse.
4Add can of Rotel. Squeeze 1/2 lime. Add cumin, garlic powder, and salt to taste. Pulse.
5Serve with chips. We like to fry our own using yellow corn tortillas cut into 1/6th slices.
