Nothing better with fish, than your own home made tarter sauce...beats the store bought anytime...I use the dill relish in mine, as that's what my family prefers..

Ingredients

1 c
helmanns mayonnaise
2 Tbsp
or more - drained, dill or sweet pickle relish
1 Tbsp
minced, onion
salt
& pepper to taste
1/8 - 1/4 tsp
dry mustard
1/2 Tbsp
lemon juice - optional

Step-By-Step

1In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise,mustard, pickle relish, and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste. If desired, stir in lemon juice.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
