tammy's hot dog sauce

I personally have not tried their recipe, and have no idea who Tammy is or why somebody would want to copy her recipe down, but it must have appealed to somebody. It's just another of the many hot dog sauces I have collected over the years.

Ingredients For tammy's hot dog sauce

  • 2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp
    light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    crushed pepper flake
  • 1 tsp
    salt (adjust to taste)
  • 6 oz
    tomato paste
  • 2 Tbsp
    ketchup
  • 4 c
    water

How To Make tammy's hot dog sauce

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients except water together in a crock pot, add water and stir

    Cook in slow cooker at least 3 hours until done. (Ajust time as needed.
