- 2 cups sifted confections sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 egg whites (very fresh only please) 2 cups light corn syrup 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1In large bowl, beat egg whites,
Beat until thick.
Add syrup and salt.
At low speed, add confectioners sugar.
Add vanilla extract and beat until blended.
2will last up to two weeks in the frig
or a month in the freezer. just remember to stir before use.
