This just screams Thanksgiving and Christmas. However it would be delicious on a pork roast at any time of the year.

Ingredients

2 c
fresh cranberries (or frozen)
1 c
white corn syrup
1/4 c
sugar
2 Tbsp
orange juice concentrate
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
1/2 tsp
cinnamon, ground
1 pinch
clove, ground

Step-By-Step

1Combine all ingredients in small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil.
2Continue to gently boil for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool before serving.
3May be stored refrigerated up to 2 weeks.
4Serving Suggestions:
Delicious as a cranberry side dish or as a glaze over turkey or pork.
Also makes a nice turkey sandwich spread.
