Ingredients

1/2 c
dry white wine
1 small
shallot minced
1 stick
butter cut into pieces
1/4 c
heavy cream
juice of 1 lemon
salt to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Heat wine and shallots. Bring to a boil and reduce until only about 2 tbsp. liquid left. Reduce to low and whisk in butter a few pieces at at time. Whisk in cream and lemon juice. Cook 1 more minute
