This super easy cheese sauce is made with a simple white sauce base and pre-shredded cheese. Use iton vegetables, pasta, nachos, or in any other dishes. It's also very good with smoked Cheddar cheese, or a combination of Cheddar and Monterey Jack works very well too.

1/8 tspground black or white pepper

1 1/2 cmilk

1 cgrated sharp cheddar or smoky flavor cheddar cheese
How To Make cheddar cheese sauce

1Melt butter; remove from heat and stir in flour and seasonings

2Gradually add milk, stirring until well mixed.

3Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth.

4Cook for 5 minutes longer; add cheese, stir until smooth and well blended.

5Serve with pasta, vegetables or however you wish.
