- garlic salt
- 1 small
- onion, sliced in rounds
- 4 Tbsp
- 6 Tbsp
- barbecue sauce
1Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Tear pieces of foil for every 2 dove. Place 2 dove in center of foil. Put a butter pat on top of each dove and sprinkle with garlic salt. Place an onion round on each dove.
2Seal the dove in tight little packages. Place the packages on a rack in a pan. Fill the bottom of the pan with 1 inch of water mixed with vinegar and barbecue sauce.
3Cover and seal the whole pan with foil. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
