I live in a small town where they do not sell this seasoning premixed so this is what I use when my recipe calls for Cajun Spice.

Ingredients For cajun spice mix

  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/4 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1 1/4 tsp
    dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp
    crushed red peppers
