Red Wine and Rosemary Steak Marinade

I love this marinade. I marinade the steak overnight then reduce the marinade adding beef broth or demi glace and use it as a sauce. I love using this for venison it helps take some of the gamey taste out.

Ingredients

1/2 c
dry red wine
1/4 c
soy sauce
1/4 c
honey
4 clove
garlic minced
1/2 tsp
chili powder
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1/4 c
fresh rosemary chopped

Step-By-Step

1Mix all together. Marinade steak at least 6 hours. Better overnight
