Great Marinade For Steaks

I have used this marinade on many of's particularly helpful with a tougher cut of steak...I'll be using on some of my Ribeye's for Memorial Day...we love it.

3 - 4 clove
3 - 4
green onions
1/2 c
garlic flavored olive oil or plain olive oil
1/4 c
worcestershire sauce
1/4 c
soy sauce, low sodium
1 1/2 Tbsp
grey poupon mustard
3 Tbsp
fresh squeezed lemon
1 1/2 Tbsp
garlic powder
2 1/2 Tbsp
dried basil
1 1/2 Tbsp
dried parsley
1 tsp
hot pepper flakes
1/2 tsp
black pepper
optional, or to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

I used my food processor to mince garlic and green onions. Mince with a knife otherwise.
Add all other ingredients including garlic and onion and whisk well.
Place the steaks in a single layer,in a glass container and pour the prepared marinade over the top. Cover and place in the refrigerator at least 8 hours or overnight. Turn often.
When you are ready to grill, preheat barbecue grill. Place steaks onto a hot grill. Cover barbecue with lid, open any vents, and sear for approximately 3 to 4 minutes per side or until done to your preference using a meat thermometer.

When the steaks are done, remove from the grill, and let sit 10 - 15 minutes before serving.
