This is perfect for grilling season, my go to, gives the meat a wonderful flavor.

Ingredients For best beef marinade

  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 2 tsp
    ginger powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    dark molasses
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 21/2 Tbsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil

How To Make best beef marinade

    Mix all together well, pour over meat, let marinade for at least an hour, it's always better the longer it sits.

    I always use a zip lock as to distribute mixture completely over the meat. Perfect for a London Broil, let sit over night and grill.
