Balsamic Sauce

Most recipes I develop come out of little bits of other recipes Ive made. I love marinades and I love the crockpot. This was a perfect solution to both! It is great on baked chicken, beef and pork roasts and to keep pork chops moist while baking.

chicken or vegetable stock
1/4 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c
balsamic vinegarette dressing
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
1/2 tsp
red pepper flakes
1 can(s)
diced tomatoes, fire roasted
3 clove
garlic, minced
1 Tbsp
orange marmalade

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine all ingredients. Use to marinate and when cooking beef, pork and chicken. Pour over pork and beef roasts and chicken when cooking in crockpot and in the oven.
