My Swedish gravy

I came up with this recipe because we love meatballs, meatloaf…any meat grind and ground. This I use for Swedish noodles with meatballs

Ingredients

drippings from frying meatballs --as much as you can but all if you can
2 Tbsp
butter
2 Tbsp
flour
1 c
milk or cream

Step-By-Step

1Make you rue melted butter and flour. Set aside
2Take your drippings add milk make it equal 1 cup. 3/4 is ok
3Add drippings and rue mix together.
4Reheat gently -- low/ med low heat stir slow and constant
5Add mushrooms and onions
6Make it special:
Add onion soup mix
Add Worcester sauce
Add brown sugar
Add honey
Add italian dressing

Use bacon drippings
Use dill , nutmeg
Use canned CREAM soup
Use cream
GRAVY mixes ( any prepared gravy , jarred, canned, deli....)
Use sour cream
