Ingredients For fresh cranberry sauce

1 bagfresh cranberries

1/2 corange juice

1/2 capple cider

1/2 choney
-
1/2 cmaple syrup
How To Make fresh cranberry sauce

1Wash berries and remove any bad ones.

2In a medium saucepan on medium-low, add all ingredients, stirring gently to mix together. Allow to come to a boil, then turn down heat.

3Berries will pop open. Stir occasionally while cooking. Sauce will thicken slowly.

4Once it is about the consistency of jam, let it cool. Pour into a dish and refrigerate until ready to serve. This is a tart sauce, so if you prefer this sweeter, you will need to increase the honey or maple syrup to taste. This can be served with poultry, pork, beef or fish.
