I found this recipe years and years ago...it's a great dressing and everyone I have served it to not only likes it but has asked for the recipe. It is quite easy.

Ingredients For french salad dressing

  • 1 c
    olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    white wine vinegar
  • 1 1/4 tsp
    mustard, spicy brown
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1-2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt, optional

How To Make french salad dressing

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients in bowl and whisk to blend. Pour dressing into a container and refrigerate.
