THIS IS A DISH THAT WAS INTRODUCED TO ME BY MY CUZN IDA N NOW HAS BEEN A STAPLE IN OUR FAMILY FOR 35 YEARS....ITS DIFFERENT N DELICIOUS. MY HUSBAND COULDNT WAIT TILL THANKSGIVN FOR IT N REQUESTD IT FOR DINNER TONITE SO HERE IT GOES FOR MY MAN ( IF THERE IS ANY LEFT OVER HE WILL CONTINUE TO SNACK ON THIS DISH UNTIL ITS ALL GONE)....N NOW I CAN SHARE IT WITH ALL OF U :)

some turkey drippings or if u r not makn a turkey u can use prepared turkey gravy thinnd out with either chickn broth or water

ADD CHOPD MEAT N BREAK UP N COOK THRU OR UNTIL NO LONGER PINK.

STIR IN RED WINE N COOK FOR A FEW MINUTES...ADD S n P.

MIX IN COOKD RICE N PARMESEAN CHEESE. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375

POUR MIXTURE INTO A BAKN DISH THEN POUR ON COOKD TURKEY DRIPPNS (WEN U DONT MAKE A TURKEY U CAN USE PREPARED GRAVY N THIN OUT WITH CHICKN BROTH OR WATER...NO MORE THAN 1/2 CUP) N BAKE FOR 20-25 MINUTES... N ENJOY :)
