Creamy Avacado Dill Sauce

- 8 oz
- sour cream, lite
- 2 small
- haas avocado's (sub 1 large)
- 1/4 c
- fresh dill (i used a small handful pulled from the bunch, add more if you like)
- juice of (1) meyer lemon (regular lemon is fine)
- 1 pinch
- kosher salt
- black pepper
1Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse until smooth.
2Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
3Pairs extremely well with Salmon but would be very good with other fish or as a dip.
