I'm a huge fan of blue cheese, and this dressing dazzled my taste buds. This would be great on any salad, served alongside some wings or even dipped in some veggies. Yum-o!

Make sure that you make it at least one day before you are going to serve this dressing. It tastes even better when the flavors have time to meld together.

bleu cheese, crumbled
1 c
1 c
sour cream
2/3 c
4 Tbsp
white wine vinegar
1 tsp
sugar ( to taste)
1 tsp
garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

In a small bowl, mash bleu cheese and buttermilk together with a fork until mixture resembles large-curd cottage cheese. Stir in sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and garlic powder until well blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
