Ingredients

1 qt
salad oil
2
shallots, quartered
1 large
clove garlic, halved
3 Tbsp
balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp
creole mustard
1/3 c
honey

basil leaves
salt to taste
2 tsp
black pepper, freshly cracked
1/2 tsp
cayenne pepper, or to taste

Step-By-Step

1Place all ingredients in food processor except oil and turn on.
2Slowly drizzle oil to emulsify. Check for seasoning and adjust if needed.
