A nice easy salad dressing that is perfect with baby greens.

Ingredients For apricot vinaigrette

  • 1 can
    (16-oz. size) apricot halves, drained
  • 2 Tbsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    water
  • 1 clove
    garlic
  • 1 tsp
    fresh thyme
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil

How To Make apricot vinaigrette

  • 1
    In blender, combine first 5 ingredients; blend until smooth.

    With blender running, slowly add olive oil; blend until smooth.
