Ingredients For tomatillo guacamole

  • 3 md
    avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
  • 3 lg
    tomatillos, husked and chopped
  • 1 md
    red onion, finely chopped
  • 3 md
    roma (plum) tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 1 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 3 dash
    hot pepper sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make tomatillo guacamole

    In a medium bowl, mix avocados, tomatillos, red onion, roma tomatoes, and lime juice. Season with red pepper flakes, hot pepper sauce, and salt and pepper.
