Cream Cheese must be at room temp. Using a mixer, beat cream cheese until creamy. Add desired amount of salsa. I use approximately 1 pint to 3 bars of cream cheese. Thoroughly mix salsa with the cream cheese. Refrigerate for at least two hours to set up. I love this dip with best with Keebler Club crackers but it works well with veggies, chips, pretzles, etc. ENJOY!
