2 lgcans, bean dip or refried beans

3 lgripe avocados

salt to taste

pepper to taste

2 Tbspfresh lemon juice

1 ( 8 ) ozcarton sour cream

1/2 chellmanns mayonaise

1 pkglowery's taco seasoning

1 bunchgreen onions, chopped

3 mdtomatoes, seeded and chopped

1 smcan black olives chopped

3/4 lbmild cheddar cheese, grated

black olive slices to garnish
How To Make mexican buffet

1Spread beans in the bottom of a large platter.

2Mash avocados with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Spread over beans.

3Mix sour cream with mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Spread over avocado.

4Sprinkle onions, tomatoes, and chopped olives over sour cream mixture.

5Top with grated cheese and garnish with olive slices Serve with round tortilla chips or large Fritos.
