This salsa tops Mango Glazed Salmon and it also makes a great dip with tortilla chips.

Ingredients For mango-orange salsita

  • 6 1/2 c
    red onion, chopped
  • 1 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 1 1/4 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 5 c
    fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2 1/2 c
    mandarin orange
  • 5 c
    mango, diced
  • 3 3/4 c
    cilantro, chopped
  • 20 md
    hass avocados, pitted, peeled, diced
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp
    fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp
    fresh orange juice

How To Make mango-orange salsita

    Chop all ingredients until they have a 1/4-inch dice.

    Place all ingredients except the avocado into a mixing bowl and mix evenly.

    Fold in the diced avocado, making sure the avocado stays intact. Serve over mango-glazed salmon or enjoy as a snack
