1 1/4 cred wine vinegar

5 cfresh squeezed orange juice

2 1/2 cmandarin orange

5 cmango, diced

3 3/4 ccilantro, chopped

20 mdhass avocados, pitted, peeled, diced

1 1/4 Tbspfresh lime juice

1 1/4 Tbspfresh orange juice
How To Make mango-orange salsita

1Chop all ingredients until they have a 1/4-inch dice.

2Place all ingredients except the avocado into a mixing bowl and mix evenly.

3Fold in the diced avocado, making sure the avocado stays intact. Serve over mango-glazed salmon or enjoy as a snack
