Ingredients

8 oz
cream cheese, room temperature
1 (14oz) can(s)
artichoke hearts (not pickled)drained and chopped
2 Tbsp
butter (melted)
1 clove
garlic (minced)
1/4 c
parmesan cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Spread the softened cream cheese onto the bottom of a microwave proof pie plate. Mix together the chopped artichoke hearts, butter and minced garlic. Spread on top of the cream cheese. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. heat in microwave for 1 minute on high. Serve with crackers of your choosing.
