My Sister-in Law and I were talking about celebrations and she said that a colleague had given her this recipe at a party. I immediately thought of my after Christmas party and started thinking how delicious this would be on ham! My party is next week and I will add pics and a detailed report. In the mean time, take advantage of all the fresh cranberries in the stores now and make this!

Ingredients

12 oz
fresh cranberries--chopped in food processor
1/4 c
green onion--chopped
1/4 c
fresh cilantro--chopped
1 small
jalapeno--chopped
1 1/4 c
sugar
1/4 tsp
cumin
dash(es)
salt
2 8oz pkg
cream cheese

Step-By-Step

1Mix together the first 8 ingredients. Add the seeds of the jalapeno if you want a spicier dip.

3Spread the cream cheese on a serving platter. You can use the one with chives too.
4Use a slotted spoon to spoon the cranberry mixture evenly over the cream cheese on the platter.
5Serve with tortilla chips, wheat thins or spread on buns for ham sandwiches! MMMM!
