Confession: I could eat chocolate peanut butter ice cream every day of my life. There is just something about that sweet and salty magical flavor combo that I can’t get enough of! Since summer is right around the corner and so is my bathing suit, I decided to create a healthy, protein-packed snack that hits all of those same flavor notes, without any of the guilt. Thick, creamy, sweet and salty – you will love dipping fresh fruit, baby carrots or even pretzels in this yogurt dip. Leftover dip is incredible stirred into warm oatmeal or served over homemade granola.
